No worries! Wild Rose Medicine and Dr. Margo offer telemedicine consultations that you can access from anywhere in the world. Telemedicine utilizes secure video appointments or the phone for consultations, where she can support you from afar.

How does it work?

1. Contact us to set up your first appointment.
2. Fill out your on-line paperwork at least 24 hours before your appointment.
3. Send us recent lab work and imaging, if available.
4. Follow the links to your secure appointment at your designated appointment time.
5. We have our session via secure video conferencing. Phone is an option, as well. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions! Some of the questions may seem irrelevant but actually help Dr. Margo to understand your health from an Eastern perspective.
6. You will receive a follow-up email with your personalized treatment plan and detailed instructions for what to do next. It often includes:
   1. Specific dietary suggestions.
   2. Lifestyle recommendations, which often include stress reduction, yoga and  meditation practices.
   3. Customized herbal medicine and  supplements recommendations (all patients receive 15% discount through our Fullscript store).
   4. Lab order, if applicable.
   5. Other supportive holistic recommendations
7. We schedule follow-up appointments for on-going support, modifications to your treatment plan and address other concerns. Plan on once per month for three months minimum.
