If you’ve been getting by on coffee, willpower, and workarounds, you’re not imagining that something is off. Your sleep, digestion, mood, energy, and hormones are connected, and they often share a root in how your nervous system and stress physiology are functioning.

Fertile Mama Meditation

You may have been told your labs are “normal.” You may have tried a dozen supplements, followed advice that contradicted other advice, and started to wonder whether this is just how you feel now.

It starts with being heard.

In your first session you’ll have the time and space to tell your whole story, from the first symptoms to everything you’ve tried, without being rushed or reduced to a checklist. Dr. Margo listens for the connections that shorter visits miss: how your gut, your sleep, your stress, and your cycle have been shaping each other.

Wild Rose Thrive turns that understanding into personalized medicine with 12 weeks of expert, guided support to follow through. It brings together functional medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda, guided by more than 20 years of clinical experience, so your plan fits your body, your constitution, and your life, not a generic protocol.

  • Be heard. We begin with your whole story, and we take the time to understand it.
  • Find the roots. We connect the dots using your history, labs, and Eastern pattern and constitutional assessment.
  • Build a foundation. You start with a few changes you can keep, so you gain momentum instead of overwhelm.
  • Refine as you go. We adjust the plan as your body responds, with regular check-ins.
  • Make it last. We reassess at the end, and you leave with a routine that fits your life.

Is this for you?

Running on empty

You’re exhausted, but your mind won’t slow down.

  • You fall asleep fine, then wake at 3 a.m., or sleep all night and still wake up drained
  • You run on coffee and adrenaline, then crash in the afternoon
  • Anxiety, irritability, or overwhelm feels constant
  • Stress shows up in your body: tight shoulders, racing heart, clenched jaw

Gut and mind

Your digestion and your anxiety seem to move together.

  • Bloating, constipation, loose stools, or reflux keep coming back
  • Your gut flares when you’re stressed, or you feel anxious when your gut is off
  • Your list of safe foods keeps shrinking
  • Past testing and elimination diets haven’t given you a clear answer

Cycles and transitions

Your cycle, or your transition, doesn’t feel like it used to.

  • PMS, irregular cycles, or painful periods are affecting your month
  • Perimenopause is showing up in your sleep, mood, weight, or energy
  • You’ve been told it’s “just hormones” or “normal for your age,” and you want more than that
  • You want to support your body through change, not just endure it

Preparing for pregnancy

You’re planning for pregnancy and want your body as ready as it can be.

  • Your cycles are irregular, painful, or hard to read
  • You’re facing PCOS, endometriosis, or unexplained infertility, or you’ve been told everything looks “normal”
  • You’re preparing for IUI or IVF and want support alongside treatment
  • Stress, sleep, and digestion are in the way

Not sure which fits? Many women see themselves in more than one. That’s why we start with your whole picture.

From surviving to thriving

This is what women tell us they want, in their own words. It’s the direction we work toward together.

Surviving: Waking at 3 a.m., or waking up tired no matter how long you slept
Thriving: Sleeping more deeply and starting the day with energy
Surviving: Planning your day around coffee and the afternoon crash
Thriving: Steadier energy you don’t have to manage
Surviving: Scanning every meal for what might set off your gut
Thriving: Eating with more confidence, and knowing what your body needs
Surviving: Dreading your period, or guessing what your hormones will do next
Thriving: Understanding your cycle or transition, and feeling supported through it
Surviving: Feeling on edge or easily triggered, with stress living in your body
Thriving: A calmer baseline, where stress passes through instead of taking over
Surviving: Starting over every Monday with a new protocol
Thriving: A plan you understand and can keep, because it fits your life

Everyone’s results are different, and thriving looks different for everyone. In your first session we’ll define what it means for you, then measure progress together regularly throughout the program.

How the 12 weeks work

Weeks 1–4 Assess and stabilize

Your longer kickoff session is for listening: your whole story, viewed through functional, Chinese medicine, and Ayurvedic lenses. If labs will help, they’re ordered right away, so you’re not waiting weeks for answers. You leave with foundational changes, usually in food, sleep, and digestion, that don’t depend on test results. At your week 2 check-in we make sure your labs are done and the changes are working in real life. At week 4, we review your results in context and fold them into your plan.

ayurvedaWeeks 5–8 Target

We add herbs, supplements, and practices aimed at your primary drivers, one step at a time so we can tell what’s helping. At week 6 we repeat your symptom scores and review everything you take together for safety. A full follow-up at week 8 adjusts the plan.

Weeks 9–12 Integrate and sustain

We simplify what you no longer need and build the daily and seasonal rhythms that fit your constitution. At week 12 we review your final scores (and selected retests where it makes sense) and plan what comes next.

What’s included

Throughout the 12 weeks, you’ll have a clear rhythm of appointments, progress check-ins and plan updates—so you always know what to focus on next.

  • Seven private sessions by secure video or phone: one comprehensive kickoff session, three full follow-up visits and three focused check-ins

  • A clear focus and practical next steps after each session, so your plan stays manageable and you know what to prioritize between visits.
  • Secure messaging between sessions, with responses generally provided within one business day

  • Symptom tracking at weeks 0, 6 and 12 so we can recognize changes, measure progress and identify what still needs attention
  • A personalized written plan, updated as we move through each phase of your care
  • Laboratory recommendations and interpretation when appropriate, with results explained in the context of your symptoms, history and overall health

Billed separately

  • Labs. Recommended from your intake and ordered early, in weeks 1–4. They’re always optional. Costs vary by panel, and we’ll review options and prices before you decide.
  • Herbs and supplements. We start with the fewest that make sense.

Most functional labs aren’t covered by insurance, but you may be able to use insurance for basic labs. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from booking individual appointments?

Wild Rose Thrive is designed for women who need greater continuity and support. Instead of leaving one appointment with recommendations and managing the follow-through alone, you’ll have a structured 12-week relationship—with scheduled follow-ups, focused check-ins, secure messaging, an evolving written plan and symptom tracking. This allows us to see how your body responds, work through obstacles, adjust your care and maintain momentum from beginning to end.

Do I have to do labs?

No. When labs would help, they’re recommended  and ordered early so results are back early. They’re never required. If you decline, we adapt the plan, though some parts will be less specific.

Is it covered by insurance?

Wild Rose Medicine doesn’t accept insurance. You may be able to go through your insurance for some of your labs and many people pay with HSA/FSA funds.

I’m trying to conceive or in fertility treatment. Can I join?

Yes. The program can work alongside your medical care, and with your permission we coordinate with your fertility or OB team. Tell us early if you’re planning on trying to conceive, or starting an IUI, IVF cycle. If you become pregnant, let us know right away so we can adjust what’s appropriate.

Can anyone join, wherever they live?

Sessions are by phone or video. Eligibility for some services depends on where you live, and we’ll confirm what’s available to you on your free consult. And, if you live in Colorado, you are welcome to come in person!

What if I miss a session or fall behind?

Reschedule as soon as you can. Regular check-ins help us catch drift early, and details are in your program agreement.

What happens after 12 weeks?

At your closing session we’ll decide what ongoing support makes sense, if any.
