Gomasio

Gomasio is a nutty, tasty Japanese condiment.

It is made from TWO ingredients only! Unhulled sesame seeds and natural sea salt.

Now….teeny tiny sesame seeds are a very potent food! They are rich in calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, Vitamin B1, fiber.

Just a quarter cup of whole sesame seeds provides more calcium than a cup of milk. Now, it’s hard to eat that much in one meal- but just adding sesame seeds into your diet is a healthful boost.
